Terms of Service

1. The Services

SGHub sells digital and professional services through a single-owner studio, including:

• RoKMaster Bot — license-driven automation software for Rise of Kingdoms, delivered with activation support.
• Rise of Kingdoms services — piloting, farm account management and in-game resource (RSS) selling.
• Discord services — server architecture, custom TypeScript bots, moderation stacks and community systems.
• Digital products — guides, templates and other instant-delivery items sold through the store.

2. Service Availability

SGHub may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features or services from time to time when necessary for technical, operational, legal or security reasons.

• Software updates, maintenance and feature changes may be released without prior notice when necessary.
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption, but temporary unavailability may occur.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from SGHub. Orders are tied to the account you sign in with, and delivery is managed through your SGHub dashboard and linked Discord support tickets.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

SGHub reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any order before delivery in cases including fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, suspected abuse, payment verification problems, or violations of these Terms.

• All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
• A purchase becomes legally binding only after payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted and confirmed by SGHub. Confirmation is shown in your dashboard.
• Payment is processed by trusted third-party providers; we never store your full card details.
• Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to new purchases, not retroactively.

5. Licenses & Digital Products

RoKMaster Bot is sold as a time-limited software license, not ownership of the software.

• Access to RoKMaster lasts only for the purchased subscription period unless otherwise stated. Each license is bound to a single device (HWID) and remains valid only while that subscription is active.
• Licenses are generated instantly per order and delivered through your order page and Discord ticket.
• You may not resell, share, rent or otherwise transfer a license or digital product without written consent.
• Software is provided 'as is' and updates are covered only while a plan is active.

6. Service Delivery & Completion

RoK services (piloting, farm accounts and RSS selling) are scoped per order. Timelines, deliverables and account access requirements are confirmed before work begins.

• Delivery windows are estimates; delays caused by in-game events, maintenance or your availability do not constitute a breach.
• You are responsible for providing correct in-game information and account access for services that require it.
• Work is considered complete once the agreed deliverables are delivered and acknowledged.

7. User Responsibilities

• Only purchase services for accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Keep your license key, order details and login information private.
• Follow the setup and activation steps in our guides so support can help you quickly.
• Comply with all laws and the terms of the games, platforms and services you use with SGHub products.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack or bypass protection on RoKMaster Bot.
• Using SGHub services to defraud, impersonate or harm others.
• Reselling SGHub services or claiming them as your own work.
• Engaging in any activity that violates the terms of Rise of Kingdoms, Discord or other third parties.

9. Suspension & Termination

Without limiting any other rights we have, SGHub may suspend or terminate access to services, licenses or accounts if you violate these Terms, abuse the services, attempt fraud, create security risks or engage in prohibited activities.

• Suspension or termination may be immediate when necessary to protect the services, our systems or other users.
• Where practical, we will try to notify you before suspension or termination.
• Suspension or termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to SGHub under these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services & Platforms

SGHub products and services may interact with third-party games, platforms or online services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SGHub products and services complies with the terms and policies of those third parties. SGHub is not responsible for changes, updates, maintenance, discontinued APIs, policy changes or other actions by third-party platforms that may affect compatibility or functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility whenever practical, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party services that are outside our control.

11. Intellectual Property

All SGHub-branded materials, software, guides, designs and content are the property of SGHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the software for your own account only.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGHub services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

SGHub is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, payment processor issues or third-party platform downtime.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SGHub regarding your use of the services and replace any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or in Discord. Continued use of SGHub services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
